Consumer Notice

Pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, a consumer who has asserted a claim arising from a purchase agreement or a service agreement has the right to refer such claim to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, if we, as the supplier of goods or services, do not fully satisfy the consumer’s claim and no amicable settlement is reached. This provision does not apply to disputes related to the provision of healthcare services. However, it applies, for example, to the sale of oral hygiene products or to the sale of goods from our assortment in general. The competent authority for out-of-court dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
