During the first visit, the patient undergoes an initial examination and consultation focused on the overall condition of the teeth and possible treatment options.

First, a patient record is created at the reception, where basic personal information (contact details, email) is entered, and an identification photograph is taken for clear documentation. We then take a panoramic X-ray (OPG), which provides a comprehensive overview of the entire dentition, bone structures, and surrounding tissues. The image is captured quickly in digital form and immediately stored in the patient’s electronic record, where it is available to the treating dentist. The OPG is an integral part of modern diagnostics and is usually updated every two years unless the dentist determines otherwise.

The initial examination also includes completing a medical history questionnaire, the information from which is important for proper treatment planning and any necessary medication.

If a patient presents with an acute problem, it is addressed as a priority. The dentist then discusses the treatment and financial plan in detail with the patient and explains each step of the proposed procedure.
