We primarily offer full teeth whitening in the form of at-home whitening under the supervision of a dentist. During the first visit, we take precise impressions of both jaws, based on which we fabricate custom-made trays (whitening trays). At the following appointment, you will receive the trays, the whitening gel, and detailed instructions for safe use.
The trays with gel are typically worn for several hours a day over the course of approximately one week, depending on the individual response of the teeth, until the desired shade is achieved. The advantages of this method include its gentleness, controlled process, and natural-looking results.
We also offer in-office whitening, performed directly at the clinic, which allows for faster lightening of the teeth in a single visit.
Recommendations during whitening
During the whitening treatment, it is important to avoid foods and beverages that may stain the teeth (such as coffee, black tea, red wine, cola drinks, blueberries, etc.) and to limit smoking. After completing the whitening process, we recommend appropriate maintenance care and, if necessary, repeating the whitening treatment in the future.
Internal whitening of a single tooth
If a treated (endodontically treated) tooth appears darker than the surrounding teeth, we offer internal whitening. A special whitening agent is placed inside the tooth and replaced at regular intervals (usually every 3–5 days) until the desired level of lightening is achieved.
The goal is to achieve a harmonious, natural smile while ensuring maximum preservation of the tooth structure.
