All procedures are performed under local anesthesia and are therefore painless for the patient.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"734\">The most common procedures include more complex tooth extractions, particularly the removal of impacted wisdom teeth (so-called \u201ceighths\u201d) that have not erupted into the oral cavity and remain partially or completely covered by gum tissue or bone.
